李承霞指出，要保障新就业形态劳动者的合法权益，还可以探索建立“一站式受理、一体化联动、一揽子解决”的协同保护机制。如在综治中心设立“新就业形态劳动者权益保障”窗口，打通维权“最初一公里”。李承霞建议，可以整合人力资源和社会保障、市场监管、交通运输、司法行政等专业资源，在综治中心设立专门窗口，为劳动者提供政策咨询、投诉受理、调解仲裁指引等一站式服务。
